Joseph L. Lindsay has practiced law for more than ten years, having earned an impressive educational pedigree.

Joe received his Juris Doctorate law degree with honors in 1995 from Drake University Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Drake Law Review.  He then obtained a Masters Degree (LL.M.) in Corporate Securities Law from Georgetown University Law School. After practicing corporate law for several years, he decided to expand his practice to include estate planning with a Masters Degree (LL.M.) in Estate Planning from Miami University Law School.

Joe's professional experience is equally impressive:

• Joe has worked in law firms ranging in size from less than 10 to over 900 attorneys.

• Joe has represented individuals in planning estates ranging in size from several thousand dollars to many millions of dollars.

• Joe has represented businesses in billion-dollar transactions and in "simple" formation and operational matters.

Joe started The Lindsay Law Firm with the goal of providing estate planning and corporate services for "The Other 99%" (his descriptive term for regular folks).  Each day, he is achieving his desire to bring his significant legal background to the benefit of regular folks - a group often ignored by law firms seeking high legal fees from "high net worth individuals."

In his spare time, Joe enjoys time with his wife and 4 children and exploring the many wonders of Southwest Florida. He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Nevada and Washington, D.C.
