Estate Planning and Related Services
Most Floridians require only four estate planning documents:
-
Last Will and Testament.
-
Revocable Living Trust.
These two documents designate who will receive your property and are drafted to avoid the cost and delay of probate court administration to the maximum extent possible.
-
Durable Power of Attorney.
-
Advance Medical Directive (including a Living Will).
These last two documents designate who will make financial and medical decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so.
Some individuals may also require additional planning to reduce or eliminate estate taxes, achieve special objectives on the distribution of their property (such as distributions to children over time) or other reasons. The Lindsay Law Firm is happy to help with these issues.
Probate and Guardianship Services The Lindsay Law Firm also provides legal services relating to probate and guardianship administration.
